Each week, four boys and four girls are nominated from various schools to compete for this recognition, with the winners determined by fan votes. Voting is currently open until Thursday, with the results set to be revealed online on Friday.
In the previous round, Jacory Plaisance from Thibodaux track and field and Halle Rivera from Central Lafourche track and field emerged as the boys and girls winners, respectively. Fans can continue to engage in the voting process to support their favorite athletes.
