Senior Mattie Fite's victory in the No. 1 singles final sealed Decatur's second-place finish, earning the team a state berth. The team's overall success was highlighted by tight matches and strategic victories, ultimately securing a total of 34 team points. Hartselle also secured a state berth with their first-place finish, while Cullman placed third in the competition. Additionally, Hartselle's boys' team emerged victorious in their respective tournament, with Jasper finishing second to secure their spot at state.
