Barcelona secured a spot in the Champions League semi-finals with a 5-3 aggregate win over Borussia Dortmund, who won the second leg 3-1 at Signal Iduna Park. Dortmund's strong start saw Serhou Guirassy score a Panenka penalty in the 11th minute.
Despite Dortmund reducing the aggregate deficit early in the second half with another Guirassy goal, Barcelona responded swiftly with an own goal by Ramy Bensebaini. Guirassy completed his hat-trick with Dortmund's third goal, but Barcelona managed to hold on for the victory.
Barcelona will face either Inter Milan or Bayern Munich in the semi-finals, as they progress to the last four of the tournament under Hansi Flick's management.
