St. Louis Blues forward Robert Thomas sustained a lower body injury during Tuesday night's game against the Utah Hockey Club and was unable to continue playing. Despite contributing two assists prior to his injury, Thomas had to leave the game early in the third period. He currently holds the top spot in the NHL with 40 points, consisting of 8 goals and 32 assists, since February 22. The official announcement ruled Thomas out for the remainder of the match.
