Seven more Washington State football players, including Josh Joyner and Carson Osmus, have entered the transfer portal. Joyner, a redshirt freshman running back, had limited playing time with the Cougars, while Osmus, a redshirt freshman offensive lineman, aimed to secure more opportunities. Both players were three-star recruits in the class of 2024.
In addition to Joyner and Osmus, linebacker Dajon Doss, kicker Connor Calvert, receiver Dycurian Douglas, and offensive lineman Zack Miller have also made their decisions to transfer. These players, along with freshman safety Aiden Knapke, who has yet to announce his transfer, bring the total number of Cougars entering the portal this spring to 11. The team has also secured its first commitment for the class of 2026, with three-star offensive lineman Kingston Fotualii from O’Dea High School choosing Washington State over other offers.
