Remington Young, the former coach of Oxbridge Academy's flag football team from 2019 to 2024, has been appointed as the new head coach of Inlet Grove's football program for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. With a decade of coaching experience in Palm Beach County at schools like Wellington and Jupiter Christian, Young aims to bring his expertise to the Hurricanes and continue his success in building competitive teams.
Young has introduced key members to his coaching staff, such as Matt Simpson as defensive coordinator, Landon Davis as offensive line coach, and Brent Bargerstock as passing game coordinator. Expressing his excitement for the role, Young looks forward to instilling a familial culture within the team and focusing on the holistic development of the athletes both on and off the field. Inlet Grove seeks to usher in a new era of football excellence under Young's leadership, following a 5-5 season under the previous head coach, Rashad Jackson, who concluded his tenure with a 15-14 overall record.
