LSU has hired Jai Choudhary, who previously worked at Ole Miss since 2022, as the associate director of player personnel. Choudhary, who also has experience at USC, will join LSU's recruiting and personnel staff, according to reports from 247Sports and On3.
Choudhary held the position of assistant director of player personnel at Ole Miss and will now take on a similar role at LSU. Having started his career at USC, he transitioned to Ole Miss, where he advanced through the ranks from a graduate assistant.
Choudhary's move to LSU reunites him with LSU senior associate AD for football administration Austin Thomas, with whom he previously worked at Ole Miss. Together, they contributed to Ole Miss's success in NIL and the transfer portal under Lane Kiffin's leadership. This staffing change reflects LSU's efforts to navigate the evolving landscape of college football, following recent promotions of JR Belton to director of football operations and Donovan Tate to director of recruiting earlier this year.
