Jonathan Taylor, the Indianapolis Colts' running back, is set to announce the team's second- and third-round picks in the upcoming NFL draft in Green Bay. Taylor, a second-round pick in the 2020 draft, has achieved three 1,000-yard seasons and received two Pro Bowl honors during his time with the Colts.
The Colts currently possess the 45th overall pick in the second round and the 80th overall pick in the third round. Potential positions the team may address on Day 2 of the draft include tight end, linebacker, and both offensive and defensive lines, depending on developments in the first round.
Having been selected as the 41st overall pick by the Colts in 2020, Taylor has excelled in the NFL, earning Pro Bowl nods, an All-Pro team selection, and surpassing 1,200 rushing yards thrice. Notably, he led the league in rushing in 2021 with 1,811 yards. In 2024, Taylor once again surpassed the 1,000-yard rushing mark, totaling 1,431 yards for the season.
