In his freshman year with the Bulldogs, Tuggle appeared in eight games, making three catches for 34 yards. Known for his ability to create separation on the field, Tuggle is anticipated to be a sought-after wide receiver in the transfer portal. His decision to transfer makes him the second Georgia player to do so this spring, joining running back Branson Robinson in seeking new opportunities elsewhere.
