Legendary F1 Champion Signs Historic Helmet – Fundraiser for Race Against Dementia Charity

Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher, with the assistance of his wife Corinna, has signed a race helmet alongside every living F1 world champion. The helmet, bearing his initials "MS", is part of a charity initiative to raise funds for Sir Jackie Stewart’s Race Against Dementia charity. This gesture comes more than a decade after Schumacher's skiing accident in 2013 that left him with severe injuries, out of the public eye since then.

The signed helmet, a collaborative effort of all living F1 champions, will be unveiled by Stewart during a special event in Bahrain. The Race Against Dementia charity, founded by Stewart in response to his wife's battle with the disease, aims to support research for a cure. While Schumacher's health remains guarded in privacy, updates from former Ferrari boss Jean Todt indicate ongoing care and support from his family. Despite the challenges Schumacher faces post-accident, his legacy in F1 remains prominent, sharing the record for the most world titles with Lewis Hamilton.
