Fox Sports and Skip Bayless are reportedly engaged in settlement talks with former hairstylist Noushin Faraji over a harassment lawsuit, as reported by Front Office Sports. The lawsuit, filed in California, also involves current FS1 host Joy Taylor and Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon. The parties were in mediation, with ongoing settlement discussions to conserve resources, as reported by Front Office Sports.
The lawsuit alleges that Bayless offered to pay Faraji for sex, leading to his departure from Fox Sports in August 2024. Taylor, accused of insulting the hairstylist, briefly stepped away from Fox Sports but has since returned as a co-host for “Speak.” Dixon, who faced accusations of sexual harassment, was suspended in February. Another former host, Julie Stewart-Binks, had previously sued Fox Sports, claiming Dixon sexually assaulted her in 2016, to which Dixon responded denying any inappropriate contact, per Awful Announcing.
