Monaghan's coaching journey spans across roles at multiple colleges, including Green Bay and Coffeyville Community College, showcasing his diverse background in collegiate basketball. Monaghan's basketball career began as a player, earning recognition as a third-team NJCAA All-American at Harper Junior College before transitioning to Division II competition at Lewis University.
