The 2024-25 All-Area Boys Basketball First Team features standout players like Kade Moffitt from Edgerton, Carter Sehr from Luverne, Grant Freking from Jackson County Central, Hudsen Jenniges from Westbrook-Walnut Grove, and Trevin Prins from Southwest Minnesota Christian. Moffitt led a resurgent season for Edgerton with impressive stats, while Sehr closed his high school career with notable performances. Freking played a key role in JCC's successful season, and Jenniges had a record-setting career at Westbrook-Walnut Grove. Prins showcased his versatility and skill for Southwest Minnesota Christian, contributing significantly to their success.
The Second Team includes Aiden Tweet, Landon Ahrendt, Weston Rowe, Jacari Swinea, and Aidan Swenson. The Third Team features Drew Swanson, Gavin Gillette, Job Ogeka, Gavin Rieck, and Dillon Smith. Honorable Mention goes to Aiven Farmer, Max Miller, Ryan Pap, Michael Gunnink, and Caden Sas, recognizing their contributions to their respective teams during the season.
