Marciniak brings a wealth of experience, having played under legendary coach Pat Summitt and excelled in the WNBA and ABL. Her background includes a successful tenure as the CEO of SHEEX, a performance bedding company. With her championship mindset and leadership skills, Marciniak aims to build upon the program's strong foundation and contribute meaningfully to its growth. She joins a select group of women's college basketball GMs, with Cal's Meghin Williams being another recent addition.
