Tamaqua took an early lead with runs in the first and third innings before Panther Valley tied the game in the fifth. Kane's decisive hit in the bottom of the fifth secured the victory for Tamaqua. Yenser also contributed with two hits, while Mason Ligenza and Maximus Najarro scored runs for Tamaqua. Panther Valley's efforts fell short despite a late-game rally.
